Saeki YouthK Plays Musical Chairs in Yowamushi Pedal Glory Line Song's Music Video

posted on by Jennifer Sherman

TOHO animation began streaming a music video on Monday for "Dancing," the second opening theme song for Yowamushi Pedal Glory Line. Saeki YouthK (Yūsuke Saeki) performs the song and appears in the music video to play musical chairs with dancers.

The music video was filmed in early March. In addition to Saeki and more than ten dancers, Saeki's friend Taiki Kudō (Da-iCE) appears as a guest dancer. In the main game in the video, 12 players march around eight chairs while listening to "Dancing." Four female dancers lose the game and have to perform a special dance in front of the winners. In a subsequent round, both Saeki and Kudō lose to four dancers. Saeki's loss and swift exit causes laughter among the dancers and video staff.

Toho Animation Records will release the "Dancing" single on May 9. Saeki will have a solo performance at the Shibuya WWW venue on May 19 to mark the release.

An anime promotional video previewing the series' second cour and Saeki's song debuted in March. The anime premiered on January 8, and Crunchyroll is streaming the series with English subtitles. The series will have 25 episodes.
