Shouldn't laugh though, you could be arrested by the U.S. Mint police in Washington DC. Saw it once just outside Union Station in Washington DC. They even have federal Housing Police. |

Think of it like being brought to court in the Docklands local court in the UK. A real special economic zone that used to be London's Major Docklands and was retrofitted into a London's second major business district.
Some places have weird names. But yes having an whole district named for pharmaceutical research is quite a title. |
