Park Kyungran Added to Otakon 2023 Guest List

Washington, D.C. (June 28, 2023) – Park Kyungran will be a guest at Otakon 2023, according to Otakorp Inc. She is a manhwaga artist.

Park Kyungran is the artist behind the drama webtoon, “Imitation,” which depicts the debut process of Korean idols with love and friendship. “Imitation” was also adapted as a TV drama and received universal appraise. Park has received awards for her work including the Haksan Cultural History Contest, Debut of Excellence in 2007 and the Ministerial Award for 2020 Korea Content Awards.

Park is honored to introduce “Imitation” to international fans at this year's Otakon.

ABOUT OTAKON AND OTAKORP, INC.: Now entering its twenty-ninth year, Otakon is an annual celebration of Japanese and East Asian popular culture, and also one of the largest gatherings of fans in the United States.
